Winter is coming and seasons are changing – time to boost your immune system! An easy way to do this is to increase your intake of turmeric. It is an amazing spice for boosting your immune system; anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and many other purported health benefits. Just what you need when the seasons are changing. We make a lovely, tasty, warming, latte drink with it:
Mix 1tsp organic turmeric, few tablespoons full fat coconut milk*, tsp honey or maple syrup pinch of black pepper (to activate the curcumin). Add warm fresh ginger tea or another tea of your choosing. I also add some lemon juice to zest it up….
*Can add any full fat milk of your choice with exception of soya milk.
