1 cup almonds, walnuts, cashews, seeds, coconut etc
1/4cup melted organic, cold-pressed coconut oil,
1/4 cup cocoa powder or to taste
1tbsp maple syrup or 1 tbsps of xylitol- to taste
1tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
For the occasional tasty, nutritious treat!
Grind nuts until the consistency you prefer. Can use nut butter.
Put nuts, seeds or coconut into a bowl, add other ingredients and stir until well mixed
Press into moulds and freeze until solid
Serve from the freezer but allow 5 mins to soften.
If you prefer milk chocolate taste, can add tbsp of double cream or coconut milk to taste.
