It turns out that we are not overweight because we are lazy or greedy. We are not consuming too many calories. In the end, the solution is to eat real food. NOSH ROCKS – be your most amazing self with food!
I lost 5 or so kilos during the challenge but I am continuing to lose weight 0.5-1kg a week. but the reduction in inflammation was key! Gotten used to having sore Achilles tendons…I tried a lot of things..then running down the steps I realised…Hey, my tendons don’t hurt. I don’t grimace with pain anymore when I take my first steps!

I now weigh around 60kgs, 9st 6lb with a BMI of 20. However, the scolios no longer causes me pain and the regular 7-10 days of excruciating blockages have gone!
